Larry Williams President and Chief Financial Officer

Larry Williams, a proven leader with over 28 years of experience, was appointed as President and Chief Financial Officer for Henniges Automotive in March 2016.  He will drive the business of the global organization consisting of 15 manufacturing facilities and 6 technical centers in 6 countries with annual sales in excess of $900 million from sealing, glass encapsulation and anti-vibration systems manufactured for the global automotive industry. In addition to these roles, Larry will continue his responsibilities as Head of Legal Affairs for the organization. 

Larry started his career within the automotive industry and worked his way into more progressively responsible positions within the supplier field.  Most recently, Larry has lead the global finance organization at Henniges as Chief Financial Officer since 2007 with responsibility for the global Finance, Audit, Purchasing, and IT functions.  In addition to these areas, he has also held the interim CEO in 2011 during a prior leadership change. 

Larry joined Henniges in March 2003 when it operated as Metzeler Automotive Profile Systems.  Prior to joining Henniges, Larry was Director of Finance for GDX Automotive North America and Europe. Larry’s numerous years of experience in the Tier I Automotive industry has involved turnarounds, acquisitions and integrations in addition to manufacturing improvements.

Larry earned his Masters of Business Administration from Butler University and earned a Bachelor of Science Business Administration with major in Accounting from Central Michigan University.

Charlie Tan Corporate Secretary

Joined Henniges in 2015 as a liaison between Board of Directors and Henniges Automotive Associates. Prior to this role, Charlie worked primarily as Executive Financial Advisor with Nexteer Automotive.  Charlie started his career as a Chief Accountant with AVIC Automotive, current owner of Henniges Automotive.  Earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Central University of Financial and Economic in Beijing. 

Larry Rollins Chief Operating Officer

Joined Henniges in 1988 and is now responsible for regional operations (North America, Europe and Asia), Global Engineering and Program Management. Larry has been with Henniges since the beginning of his career and has taken on positions of greater responsibilty in manufacturing and plant management. Earned his Bachelor of Science from Cameron University, is a graduate of the Cornell University Executive Management Program and Business Acumen from the University of Michigan. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Boris Gavric VP Global Sales and Marketing Sealing

Joined Henniges in April 2003 and is responsible for development and delivery of global customer strategies, growth and marketing in addition to new markets and innovation in sealing and glass encapsulation business. Has 15 years of experience in engineering, operations, M&A, global sales, and marketing. Earned a BS in Biology and Mechanical Engineering (University of Windsor), Masters in Biomedical Engineering (Wayne State), and MBA (Michigan State). He received the Young Leaders in Manufacturing Award from SAE International in 2009.

Jennifer VanHorn VP Global Human Resources

Joined Henniges in January 2016 and has global responsibility for strategic leadership in Human Resources. Previously, Jennifer was Director of Human Resources, Global Car Audio at Harman International. She has over 25 years of experience in human resources for engineering, manufacturing and auto- motive organizations. Jennifer earned a BS in Business Administration from Miami University in Organizational Behavior and Personnel and Employment Relations and an MBA from Wayne State in Strategic Human Resources and Information Systems.

Fred Jamieson VP Global Engineering and Program Management

Joined Henniges in December 2013 and has responsibility for leading global product development and program management. Prior to joining Henniges, Fred was Body Exterior Senior Manager at Chrysler Group, LLC.  Fred’s automotive career spans 16 years at Chrysler as Vehicle Program Manager, Engineering Manager and Product Engineer at Chrysler LLC.  Fred earned his MBA at the University of Michigan Dearborn and earned his Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering from the University of Windsor.

Ann Budin VP European Operations

Joined Henniges in February 2014 with responsiblity for operational performance and strategic direction for European operations. Prior to joining Henniges she was Supply Chain Advisor for Tawazun Economic Council in the United Arab Emirates. Previous employers include Tawazun Offset Program Bureau, Cargotec, Lear, Autoliv Seat System, Securit Saint Gobain and Pilkington.  Her international experience spans a 27 year period. Earned Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing/Medicine from Lund University in Sweden and is a Six Sigma Greenbelt.

Rama Maddipati VP Asian Operations

Joined Henniges in Jan 2001 and is responsible for strategic growth and direction of Asian operations. Prior to this, he was Global Director of Henniges Production System. Rama has held positions of increasing responsibility in engineering and program management since his start with Henniges. He earned his Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from JNT University in Hyderabad, India and his MBA from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Christian Lempfer Director, Anti Vibration

Business Unit Director for Anti-Vibration businesses since 2012. Has commercial responsibility for the global anti vibration business related to the European customer.  Christian has been working at Henniges Automotive, Rehburg since 1999 in a variety of positions from operations to engineering to commercial leading to his current leadership role.  He has an MBA from IHS and earned his Mechanical Engineering Degree from Fachhochschule Hannover in Hannover, Germany.
