Highlights of the Position:
Henniges Automotive has an opportunity in its Reidsville North Carolina location for a Quality Manager. This position
is responsible for management of the Quality department, customer interactions, corrective actions, report-out on
measurable (PDCA and Dashboards), maintain the Quality systems to IATF standards, and follow Henniges
Automotive Vision, Mission and Company Culture statement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Quality Department, including Quality Engineers, Technicians and Inspectors,
ensuring its effectiveness. - Serve as the primary customer contact for all quality-related matters, including audits, APQP, PPAP
and warranty concerns. - Monitor, address, investigate, resolve and be aware of all formal complaints or quality concerns from
all customers. Ensure quality processes are stable and meeting customer expectations. - Communicate to all departments utilizing the Quality Alert System
- Display positive and effective communication with all customers regarding complaints and
requests. - Develop team to identify quality improvement opportunities and implement creative solutions.
- Recommends techniques for problem solving including determining cost causes, implementing
corrective action and monitoring results. - Oversee corrective actions for completeness and timeliness.
- Oversee the Quality Management System ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and OEM
customer requirements. - Drive root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions (8D,5-Why, FMEA) to ensure long term product
and process improvements. - Champion and contribute a culture of continuous improvement to help drive costs down and improve
the overall plant quality performance, with a zero-defect mindset. - Provide leadership and actively be involved in meeting corporate standards and procedures e.g. safe
launch containment, internal audits, layered process audits, product audit, etc. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to achieve plant and
customer quality goals. - Report out measurable to the Management Team and Corporate office though the operations
review. - Maintains statistical process control program, evaluates and applies metrology and statistical
methods to diagnose and correct quality deficiencies. - Visit customers and vendors to ensure open lines of communication and comprehension of
issues and requirements. - Work within the framework of Health and Safety and Environmental requirements.
- Travel may be required to visit customer sites and Henniges Plants.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Education / Experience
- Minimum: Basic professional knowledge/skills normally acquired through the completion of a
Bachelor’s degree program. - Knowledge and skills typically acquired through five (5) plus years’ experience in dedication
towards achievement of impeccable work ethic and commitment to achieve 100% Quality.
Tier 1 or Tier 2 supplier experience preferred. Essential requirement to be ready for
customer challenges and be able to solve real-time problems efficiently and quickly. - CQE certification is highly recommended.
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and problem-solving
methodologies.

errors through constructive critique.
