- Overtime and double time pay when applicable:
- Overtime pay for over 40 hours worked
- Double-Time pay on Sunday(must work 7 complete as scheduled consecutive days in a work week Mon-Sun)
- Paid Holiday and Vacation hours are used as hours worked to compute OT/DT.

Finishing (Manufacturing Associates)
- Starting wage = $19.76** with scheduled pay increases every 3 months until the 12th month
Mold Technician
- Level 1-Starting wage = $24.35
- Level 2-Starting wage = $27.35
- Level 3-Starting wage = $30.75
** All levels above have scheduled pay increases every 3 months until the 12th month. Level is determined based on experience and skills.
** Promotion in levels require advanced skills assessments with passing scores.
Maintenance Technician
- Level 2-Starting wage = $25.83
- Level 3-Starting wage = $29.25
- Level 4-Starting wage = $33.34
- Level 5-Starting wage = $40.20
** All levels above have scheduled pay increases every 3 months until the 6th month. Level is determined based on experience and skills.
** Promotion in levels require advanced skills assessments with passing scores.
First Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm
Second Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
Third Shift: 11:00pm – 7:00am
As a valued member of the Henniges Automotive team, you will safely produce quality parts within a production team and strive for continuous improvement to sustain a high level of production performance within the plant.
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors, team leaders and management. All operations require the ability to do steady continuous flow production (manual dexterity), to stand for long periods of time & ability to identify quality defects (visual comparison) in a safe-conscience environment. Quality requires the job to be performed correctly the first time.
IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

- Demonstrate a strong interest in long-term career growth and advancement within the company.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including the ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Be capable of standing in one position for extended periods of time.
- Be physically able to stoop, bend, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Pass pre-employment screening process (Drug screening and background check)
- Have the ability to read, write, and use basic computer skills.
- Accept feedback and coaching, maintaining a positive attitude.
- Show willingness to take on additional responsibilities and participate in cross-training opportunities.
